Este proyecto nace del interés en conjunto del Banco de Desarrollo de América del Norte (BDAN) y de la Comisión Estatal de Energía de Baja California, por promover el uso de energías renovables en el Estado y así aprovechar el potencial que existe. Se elige una institución que vela por la salud e integridad infantil como lo es el Hospital Infantil las Californias.

Guías Operativas: Son las Disposiciones Operativas del Mercado que establecen fórmulas y procedimientos que, por su complejidad y especificidad, se contienen en documentos diferentes a los Manuales de Prácticas de Mercado, según sea necesario.
