Proyectos en Operación
Consiste en 5 Aerogeneradores de 2000 kW de potencia localizados en la Rumorosa, municipio de Tecate. Producen mas de 27’000,000 Kwh al año, evitando emitir 14 mil toneladas de CO2 con energía limpia.

Este proyecto nace del interés en conjunto del Banco de Desarrollo de América del Norte (BDAN) y de la Comisión Estatal de Energía de Baja California, por promover el uso de energías renovables en el Estado y así aprovechar el potencial que existe. Manuales de Prácticas de Mercado: Son las Disposiciones Operativas del Mercado que establecen los principios de cálculo, instrucciones, reglas, directrices, ejemplos y los procedimientos a seguir para la administración, operación y planeación del Mercado Eléctrico Mayorista.
Guías Operativas: Son las Disposiciones Operativas del Mercado que establecen fórmulas y procedimientos que, por su complejidad y especificidad, se contienen en documentos diferentes a los Manuales de Prácticas de Mercado, según sea necesario.
Criterios y Procedimientos de Operación: Son las Disposiciones Operativas del Mercado que establecen especificaciones, notas técnicas y criterios operativos requeridos para la implementación de las Bases del Mercado Eléctrico, los Manuales de Prácticas de Mercado o las Guías Operativas, en el diseño de software o en la operación diaria.
